A round-up of some of the most interesting content I came across last week.
What I am currently reading:-
Whether you are already into stoicism or you want to get started, this is an ideal guide. The book is structured in an unconventional sense, consisting of 366 different Stoic principles from several greats like Aurelius, Seneca (one for each day) along with a small explanation.
P.S: It is rated ⭐ 5 Amazon with over 1470 reviews!
What I’m listening to:-
Back in late 2018, Naval Ravikant published a series of tweets on “How to Get Rich” that kind of broke the internet. He later summarized every one of them as 5-minute podcast episodes with rich explanations.
What I’ve been up to:-
We released the first episode of the much-awaited -Summer of Quora’ series with Quora Tamil where we discuss a couple of insightful answers from the platform, curated by Selva Ganapthy, Head of Community, Quora Tamil.
Tweet thread I am sharing:-
A look at the perspectives of people in societies driven by status symbol and those driven by wealth creation.
A quote I am pondering:-
Found this thought-provoking quote in the unlikeliest of places – Youtube comments!
“Watching him scaling the building brought me to tears. The way he never looks back and never checks his grips once and keeps gliding while never taking his sight away from the child just makes me think what hardships and difficulties in life does a man like him has to go through to be that fearless and brave. If only everybody could see that in all immigrants and refugees.”
